Brandie and I have started a Low Cost Training Program, to help owners who can not afford training for their dog. We have contacted local rescue and welfare groups with the information and have had a great response!
Everyone knows there are low cost spay/neuter, and wellness clinics to help owners with the medical end. So we decided there should be low cost training available as well. Too many people surrender their dogs due to behavior issues, and lack of finances to hire a professional trainer. So we are starting a low cost basic program, as well as low cost Foundation training. Both classes will be held on Saturdays, and both classes are open to ALL spayed/neutered dogs. There is no application to fill out. We simply want to help keep the intake numbers down at TLAC due to behavior problems.
